Job Description:

1. Regional Marketing Director (Eastern Coast)

You are expected to be a dedicated, professional, self-motivated, and customer-driven leader who faces challenges with enthusiasm and passion. You will be responsible for entire marketing effort in your region from inception to closing, and be able to excise good, analytical judgment while approaching customers with pre-clinical projects (DNA sequencing, rodent surgery, colony management, etc.) in laboratory animal field and medical research arena.

Position Requirements:
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Experience in establishing high level, focused customer relationships
Experience in account development and implementation
3-5 Years of outside sale accomplishments
Develop and execute cohesive marketing strategy
Conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
Strong bio-medical and health care industry knowledge
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
Strong goal-oriented business mentality
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing or business or life science required, master degree preferred

2. Marketing Representatives (2 positions)

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to develop relationships with customers in your territory (one position covers NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, and WV, another in DC, VA, NC, SC, GA, and FL) to sell personal protective equipment (PPE) products and support the company's strategic and financial objectives. You will have overall responsibility for the growth of sales in a $1.0 million sales territory as well as for driving marketing initiatives and promotions. You will primarily contact users, purchasing administrators and other potential customers who need the PPE supplies. You will need to build relationships with key decision-makers. Your territory extends to a large geographic area and will require approximately 40-50% regional travel and some overnight stays to meet with key customer accounts.

Position Requirements:
Outside sales, preferably in selling life science associated products
Ability to demonstrate products at scene and trade shows
Ability to establish, maintain and grow customer relationships
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work with a diverse range of customers
Strong customer focus, both internally and externally
Time and business management skills
Goal oriented with spearhead business mindset
Analytical skills
Bachelors Degree – marketing or life science associated background a plus.
